Mary J. Forbes
Growing up on the prairies, Mary loved books
and horses, and at the age of 12 wrote her first
story about a small lame pony. Since then she
has written and published poetry, articles, and
short stories. July 2004 saw the release of her
first book, A Forever Family, published
by Silhouette Special Edition. Mary, a teacher
