Manhunter, the first book in True North—an exciting new Silhouette Romantic Suspense miniseries set north of 60—will launch in November 2008, kicking off with a story set in the remote northern Yukon featuring a Mountie and a female tracker. Also coming from Loreth: Breaking Free, book 10 in Thoroughbred Legacy—a 12-book Harlequin continuity series set against the glamour and intrigue of the international horseracing scene, to be published June 2008 to May 2009. Settings range from Kentucky to London, Dubai and Australia. Susan Lyons is pleased to announce that Kensington has asked her to write a Christmas story for a December 2008 anthology. She's also delighted to have contracted for her 12th "calendar story" with the Wild Rose Press. Now there will be one for each month. Susan was also thrilled to come back from RWA National with two Booksellers Best Awards for Champagne Rules—one for single title/mainstream and one for first book. Champagne Rules also won the Golden Quill, and Hot In Here (the second book in her Awesome Foursome series) won the More Than Magic contest. She was also delighted when Kris, the editor of LoveLetter, the German romance magazine, gave her a copy of the June issue with her tour of Awesome Vancouver. The story (in English!) is available on the Articles page of her website.
